Plaza Builders Ltd is a civil engineering and groundworks contractor working exclusively with main contractors and developers. From a Nottingham base, we deliver groundwork packages from £250k to £4M+ across both the commercial and residential sectors — with a particularly strong presence in the education and science sectors.

Our long-standing working relationships with Willmott Dixon, Wates, Morgan Sindall, Bowmer & Kirkland, G F Tomlinson and PJH span more than a decade. We are accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (Integrated Management System), registered with Constructionline and FORS, and able to act as Principal Contractor for infrastructure and substructure delivery.
